President Martin Vizcarra on Wednesday recognized the 15 Para athletes who won medals representing Peru at Lima 2019 Parapan American Games.
On the occasion, the Head of State was joined by State Ministers and First Lady Maribel Diaz.
The ceremony took place at the Government Palace.
